Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in the player's account will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding violations or disputes exist. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are not refundable upon termination for cause.
